Payment of fees

1. Payment should be made either through Demand Draft or Local Cheque/NEFT/RTGS payable at Gurugram only. No post-dated cheques or cash will be      accepted.

2. Parents have the option to deposit the fee for any number of months in advance. For New Admissions payment should be made only through a                    Demand Draft/NEFT/RTGS.

3. Fees/dues must be paid by 15th of due month, failing which a fine of Rs. 500/- will be charged after the due date.

4. The late fee is not applicable in case 15th date happens to be a school office holiday. In that case late fee is applicable from the day after the opening           of the school office.

5. In case a cheque is dishonoured, the fee will thereafter be accepted with a fine in cash.

6. Underpayment of fee will be treated as non-payment of fee and will be subject a late-fee-fine.

7. If the fee/dues are not paid by the end of the month, the name of the pupil, will be struck of the roll and re-admission will be considered on the                    availability of seat and on the payment of re-admission fee and all other dues pending against the pupil.

8. The school reserves the right to debar a student from appearing for any test or assessment, if his or her dues are not clear.

9. Tuition Fee concession of Rs. 800/- is admissible to real brothers/sisters.

10. Fee timing – 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on all working days.

11. Fee & Fine are subject to change at any time without notice. Fee certificate demanded will be issued against payment.

12. All dues should be paid by the end of January, failing which pupil will not be allowed to take the final examination.

13. The amount of Fee/Dues should be verified from School/.Parental Portal/School App/Website before making payments.

14. Once a student leaves the school, his /her security deposit should be claimed within one year of leaving. No application for refund of security deposit           will be entertained after this time period.

15. The security refund cheque once issued by the school, should be encashed within three months of issuing date. No fresh cheque would be issued                 unless it is rejected by the bank.

16. All the lateral entries will have to pay fee and other charges from the commencement of the academic session. In case of transfer/change of school,            fee charges will be from the month of seeking admission on presenting the genuine fee paid receipt, specifying the month up to which fee has                      been paid in the previous school.
